: Almost A Full Moon Colored; This is my first try at coloring in the moon. I don't do much effect stuff and was surprised how this came out.; Equipment:

I discovered that if I did selective relief and coloring I didn't get the texture all through the sky.

Thanks for the comments Steve, Golda, and Don... Steve I just saved my moon shot from here then shocked all the pixels so many times that I think that made the effects and pixelating. If I had known it would end up half way nice I would have found the original one to work on.

So we're all at it now! Nice result Alan, and a lot less blotchy than mine! There seems to be a kind of square tiling effect across the whole image, both sky and moon. Is that a Photoshop effect you've added?
