Great picture. I would go for deleting the power lines myself. (You can always keep a copy of the original). I suspect you would be happy with the result. The power lines add another plane of dimension to the existing clapboard & window frame horizontal lines, and compete with them for attention. Elminating the lines will simplify the photo quite a bit.
