Hard Working Ants

A common hard working ant with a heavy load over it's head. To get this photo I set my camera on the ground with the LCD screen pointing up so I could see the ants going by. It's hard getting eye level to a ant lol.

Hi Tania and Mary, Thanks for your really nice comments... I'm glad you both enjoyed my really low view of the ants working, and that it gave you a smile Mary.. Ants are fun subjects, they don't pay any attention to you at all..

Thanks very much Alandra, Karen, Kathy, Golda, and Carol for all your nice comments. Ants are amazing with what they can carry while walking over rocks and stuff. You all hit the nail on the head with your viewpoint comments. Like Ansel Adams said, the trick to a good photo is knowing where to stand. I just added laying on the ground lol.. I'm glad everyone enjoyed my photo :-)

Very interesting view! It almost looks like these little bits of leaves are almost floating above them. They balance them well.
