Too bad the sun was shining so brightly on the hawk.

You're right Alex, it is hard to get everything perfect with these birds, that's for sure. This one hung around on the upper border on front patio area for sometime that day.

Karen, in this shot, the hawk was just hopping up onto the wall, after he'd been sitting in the border area for awhile. He sat on the wall awhile longer, then took off.
