Thanks for the nice comments, Carol and Jas. We went there at just the right time, the flowers were in their prime, nearly all opened and bright and fresh. The noon sun lighted them perfectly, the colors were great right from the camera, no editing was done other than cropping and a little sharpening. Thank goodness for digital, I shot over 200 images there!
