Java Temple Bird/Java Rice bird

Java Rice Bird or another name is Java Temple bird, -- another beautiful bird at the Bloedel Conservatory, Queen Elizabeth Park, Vancouver, BC.

Apparently, it's illegal to raise & keep these birds in some areas of the USA. (read this online)

thanks Beverly, - this bird seemed to have a "rosy glow", very appealing. Perhaps he heard the click of the camera, but it was quite noisy in there, with fans etc and birds hollering : ) - half the time I couldn't hear the "focus beep" to let me know if the shot was in focus or not : )
