When we were going to visit Gdansk, we never envisaged such a beautiful city. It is a Hanseatic city, with several beautiful streets. Of course, it was destroyed in WW II, but completely restored (as most of the Polish cities).

This is a view along one of the waterways and has stunning architecture.
