It's not hard to do, - just figured it out myself, by trying different methods with Paint Shop Pro software program : ) but you can do similar effects with most of the programs, --I just keep trying different steps til finding something that pleases me. I left a message of how to do this, or something similar, on my Amethyst Moth photo, here on my gallery someplace.
