this windmill is in Foxton and is the only working windmill in New Zealand. Next time I hope to be able to go up and watch it grinding the different grains the healthier old fashioned way. I purchased Corn flour and Buckwheat flour, surprisingly it was cheaper than the heaverly processed flours in the supermarket, tastes yummier too. The staff where very knowlegable and friendly. This is a real credit to the people involved in conception through to fundraising and having it built as they were in Holland hundreds of years ago.
