Taken at Phipps Botanical Garden. I cropped, adjusted with curves. Then using the rectangular tool made a selection, feathered, inversed, burn tool around the edges, then stroked, added a fill layer of white, enlarged canvas size, moved the picture layer on to the white canvas, selected all and added a stroke.
