Yes it was a crab spider,I think its so wet around here it calls them to a lot of blossoms around our gardens right now.

Thanks Lorraine and Mary for the lovely comments. This blossom is on a very pretty bush and with the wet weather we have we get lots of Spiders and mushrooms, lots of times I dont even see the spider until the pics are downloaded.

What is strange these spiders stay on the same blossom for days at a time.
