This version of the duck's picture is a basic crop geared toward getting most of the action. It seemed like this group of ducks was in the middle of a big meeting where the two male ducks in the upper portion of the image are deciding something very important while the male duck in the forground is acting as a bouncer or bodyguard. I put on an "unsharp mask" filter at 175%, 0.6 pixel radius, and a threshold of 5 pixels. I also pulled in the levels a little bit, darkened the picture slightly, and increased the contrast just barely. I manually resized the image to 499 pixels wide to avoid the Lens Flare engine from resizing it, and saved it at 60% JPG quality.
