Donkey Laughing (smile for the day :)

laughing donkey, hope it brings a smile to all who view it. His name is Max.

Saw this donkey and its pony sidekick yesterday while out "shooting" and had a great time capturing some images. I love donkeys. In England they have donkeys at some of the beaches, for the children to ride on. At least, they used to.

I havent seen them so much on beaches lately, but as a kid I loved a ride. My cousin (and yours who lived in Devon had 2 and my kids loved to ride them. I guess health and safety have stepped in, hats must be worn, but passed from head to head, I guess not, Great pic I too love them

glad you like it, Alex, Carol and Marsha Sea, many thanks for the nice comments. I also just love donkeys, Carol. Just "something special" about them. There's a Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth, Devon, England and I'd just love to visit it. You can check it out online, there's a webcam there, showing the donkeys, and you can "adopt" a donkey, which I plan to do.

thanks Karen. Max the donkey is quite young, so I was told, so guess that explains the white teeth. This stable is just south of Vancouver, near the town of Ladner, in the farmlands there. We were out looking for hawks and eagles when we saw the donkey and pony a few days ago.

Great timing. It certainly has white teeth. Is this farm near Vancouver?

I don't know what joke you told this donkey, Alandra, but it must have been very funny indeed! :)
