Why Oh Why

'Why Oh Why' won't this knuckle head put down that dam camera for a minute and play with me? :-)

A setting sun light portrait of Rambo in the yard, pondering. I think he may be a very smart pup. But they say a dog is only as bright as his owner. Poor little guy :-). Thanks for looking. Don

The expression is priceless. Dogs certainly communicate with their entire bodies--especially their eyes. Is this a boxer? I have never seen one with untrimmed ears. I think I prefer this look. I have had Schnauzers and never trimmed their ears or tails. You did a great job of capturing Rambo's personality.

Thank you Alandra! I've discovered it is simply impossible for me to find time to leave as many comments as I want to :-(. I really like this capture too. I don't think I can do any better. I got real lucky on this one with the lighting. Don

Hi Don, last again :) Am trying to catch up here, but know you'll understand as have seen you write the same. Anyway, being person who loves her pets and most animals, I absolutely LOVE this image of Rambo. It's fabulous. His fur looks like velvet, and what expression you captured. The nose is so lifelike too.

I'd like to join the chorus of approval Don! A truly excellent example of the genre, and that's coming from someone who wouldn't care if he never saw a photo of a dog again!!! :)
