Another incredible image I missed, Alandra - this is dramatic and exciting in every way.

thankyou, Art57 for the nice comments. This all happened as I stood there taking pics of the building, and this was one of the nicest images, imo.

Great picture. A good eye to see it. It looks as though the cloud above the building is billowing around it.

just wanted to add, that someone on another group thought there are window cleaners working at the top of the building in this image. But it's the "logo" of CIBC, - Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce :) I guess with the reflections, and from the distance involved, it changes the appearance of the letters in the Logo.

Alandra you have captured 2 photos in one, showing the building in front of you and the clouds and building around and behind you. I love the transition from the shiny glass to the sky. Wonderful capture

thanks again, Karen, glad you like it, - am quite pleased with the effects on this one also. Something a little different. DH spotted it, as he saw the reflection of the 5 buildings in one from his side window of the vehicle when we had parked opposite there. I took several images of that aspect of it, then the clouds had moved and I ended up with this one among the last shots.

Amazing shot. The building just seems to disappear. Was it you who told me the new buildings are being built with the reflective glass? They are much more attractive than the old styles.

very nice comments Gold and Alan, thanks very much. Am quite pleased with the cloud effects in that one, also. We were back in downtown Vancouver again yesterday, but the parking attendants were back at work (after the recent civic strike), so its very expensive to park there now!

Wonderful view of the high rise buildings. The reflections off the glass of the clouds and other buildings is outstanding. This is a really fun photo to view.
