New Orleans has a close relationship with St. Joan of Arc. She is called the Maid of Orleans. Way before woman's liberation, she led men to fight in battle. This picture was at the French Market in New Orleans. The statue was moved here after the Rivergate was torn down and Harrah's Casino took its place.
