Clear Creek 3

There is a story behind this place, probably involving a purchase and mortgage just before the Great Depression came upon the scene. I might just dig through some courthouse records and learn the story.

Incidentally, when I was born, my folks lived on a little farm just above Clear Creek. The difference being that I was born in Colorado.
