I live in the Bay Area, and at one time crossed over the bridge daily. I have seen many shots of the bridge. Even though this is a popular setting, this photo is particularly nice. The bright colors against the distant gray fog & haze make the bridge stand out.

Hi Jerry, We were just on the Golden Gate Bridge in July while on vacation and somehow we missed that recreation area. We ended up at the marina on the other end of the bridge, and my photos are from a distance. Thanks now the next time we go through there I will know where to stop and take some snaps.
