thanks for the lovely comments, Anne. Glad it brightened the day for you. It's pretty dreary and chilly here right now too, after some much milder days a short time ago.

Lovely and heart-lifting!!! A perfect feast for the eyes. You have probably guessed it is a dark day here today and the beautiful color and light of picture is so very welcome!!! The blossoms are hanging in such perfect rows - just outdoing themselves as they show off their bright red shades and green umbrellas. A beautiful picture.

only just saw this one from you, Nancy, thanks very much. I like your description of the flowers :) hadn't thought of that, but you are right.

happy you like it, Marsha Sea, it is a pretty plant, - a friend gave me the cuttings a couple years ago, and they've taken well. She has some very large plants of this in her garden, ours aren't that big yet, I think maybe it gets too hot out the front for them, later on in the summer. they like the shade I believe.

thanks so much, Solaria and Golda, much appreciated, happy you like it :) They are pretty with the sun shining on them, the white parts go sortof transparent

many thanks, Cindy and Steve, for the nice comments, always appreciated. I like the little opaque white parts suspended below the pink hearts, you can see thru' these if the light is just right.

A very nice shot, Alandra. I like the way that the dark fence railings give a formal structure to the image.

This is lovely Alandra, the bright flowers against the darker background look stunning.
