Absolutly great photo but just one major mistake by you and all the other reviewers, Its not a HE its a SHE. This is a Female worker honey bee, As the name sugests the females do all the work and the male honey bees just fertilize the queen bee.

what type of flower is this? it reminds me of one that we grew years ago, which formed droplets of sweetness, but forget the name of it. something like Hoya? It was a waxy type flowered plant like that.
