The bird's ID is correct. I saw one of these at our feeder for the first time this year so I looked it up in the bird book. I think it was migrating, Very nice shot of this little bird.

enjoying this chatter about the cute little bird here.

it looks quite a bit like the very small Bush Tits that visit us in flocks each winter, except they don't have the "tuft" on their heads. I don't know the size of the tufted titmice, tho', but it looks quite small here. would sure like to see them around here.
