To support the Anarian Psionics deployed in any conflict, the Anaris Corporation commonly attached squads of Artemites. And while they had a neural linkage interface allowing them to be remote piloted by Anaris Corporate RTIO experts, most of the units were actually allowed to operate using their battle AIs only (unmanned and unpiloted).
