Thank you both, Dud and Karen. Actually, Dud, their pest-control chap told them the gator sculpture discourages birds from eating their fish - and they haven't lost any since placing it there!

Sophie looks great!!! The gator looks interesting but I know it is not scaring birds unless it moves.
