Black and White Clouds

The foreboding clouds was represented best in black and white. I left the tips of the mountains in for reference, but there was a lot of excess junk in the picture such as a soccer field, a highway, and a few other eye-sores. This picture was meant to display the clouds, rather than the ugly city below.

I like this :) Leaving the ground in the composition gives a reference/perspective point for the clouds, and the gradual change in contrast is wonderful.

Very nice contrast of dark against light. I have the same problem with sky pictures--finding a vantage point without all the poles and power lines.
