Sir Ed and Lucy

Sir Ed died recently, this bronze statue is at Mt Cook Hermitage, our grandaughter giving the thumbs up with him, her mum and dad are both climbers, her mum being the first women to climb Mt Fansipan in the Tonkinese Alps in north west Vietnam, Indochina, I wounder if Lucy will follow in their footsteps.
