Single Cherry Blossom
 | A cluster of single flowering, cherry blossoms, in delicate pale pink with yellow tipped stamens.
Not sure of the exact name of this particular species but thought it was extremely pretty.
In Japan there is a legend that each spring a fairy maiden hovers low in the warm sky, wakening the sleeping cherry trees to life with her delicate breath.
Thanks for looking. :)

Wild Desert Plant
 | These little plants grow wild all over the desert where I live. Each flower is made up of around a hundred tiny blooms. I added a close view and it's still hard to see the blooms. Sorry I have no idea what it's official name is.

Orange Beauty
 | This is a 'Hybrid Tea Rose' the most popular class, available in both bush and standard form. The flower stems are long and the blooms are shapley. The typical Hybrid Tea bears blooms which are medium-sized or large, with many petals up to 45 in some varieties. The blooms are borne singly or with several side buds.
I am sorry that I don't have the true name to this rose, so I have called it 'Orange Beauty', what do you think!
Best viewed in the larger image and comment are more than welcome.
Enjoy:)

Fuchsia
 | Fuchsia requires regular watering, and liquid plant food should be added to the water during the growth period, (April through September).
Fuchsia is an easy plant to grow as long as they are given a light, cool spot and are kept shielded from the blazing sunshine.

Orange Trumpet Flowers
 | I'm afraid I don't even know what this flower is called, it was just another model in a photography workshop I went to last weekend & we had to practice macro/close-ups. :o) Maybe an avid gardener out there can enlighten me? The leaves looked a little like an agapanthus.

Dogwood
 | A rainy spring day in an Indiana state park didn't put a damp on the beauty of this dogwood. I decided to try a walk in the rain to get some pictures on my new Nikon D40. I'm new to the photography hobby so am just learning. Hope you like this one!

My Giant Lily
 | I've been going over some of my photographs that I took
last summer. This lily grew to five foot nine inches
and the blooms were nine inches wide. I have no idea
why it got so tall as I bought it with other bulbs of
the same type.

Purple Daisy
 | After watering my garden, I noticed the sunlight was at just the right height to make the droplets twinkle. I decided to get my camera. This daisy is part of a mini daisy container pot I have. The daisy is about 2" in size and was absolutely perfect. Photographing flowers is my favorite because just like buying silk flowers, you preserve the flower and it's beauty forever. But even more, you capture the pure essence of the flower and you can look upon it and feel warm when your under 10 feet of snow.
