   Brian,
   I think these are all important features with the exception of the camera reviews which I seldom look at because there are so many to go through.
   I would like to be able to bring up a photo and delete it right there while it is in front of me,instead of having to go to the manage images page to do it.
   As it is, if I look at a random image in my gallery and don’t like it,I have to jot down the image name and find it on the manage images page to delete it.
   It might make it easier to find the right image if the image numbers were on the images on the manage images page.
   That is all I can think of at the moment that would make my life easier,though it might be a nightmare for you.LOL

   Hi Brian;
   The galleries are very important to me, like myself having my own.
   Comments are also important,I wish I had time to comment on everyones but like everyone else just dont have the time.
   Lets face it we all like people acknowledging the photos we have worked to take and share with others.
   And the friends I have made while on this site makes it all worth while.
   Oh and the Contests are great fun, competition is always fun.

   Myself I like message boards set up like groups do thiers.
   Like post a message and then one can reply to it or go on and post a new topic.

   Well thats what is important to me and I certainly think TLF is the best photo site of any.

   Oh one more thing the larger images are a great improvement, photos look a lot better in the larger size.

   Hi Brian,

   I think the site is pretty nice the way it is. Maybe being able to edit photo discriptions and the other info right from the photos, but still the manage images page is easy to use.

   Galleries 9
   I’m not sure about this, if your talking about the Most Popular Pictures, Newest Pictures, Hot Pictures, Recently Viewed Pictures, New Comments on Pictures, I like these. The Most Popular images on the home page does not seem to change very often.

   Comments 10
   We have to have the comments on the photos, without them it would be a little dull. It is a little hard keeping up with the comments you make on other peoples photos. Maybe have something like Flickr, in my recent activity area they have a replies to my comments where you can view recent replies on comments you made on others photos. I think trying to do this though might put you over the edge LOL..

   Albums 10
   I really like having albums that we can make compaired to the older just catagories that we had.

   Artist Pages 7
   I don’t really use the artist page very often, I use the message board search mostly getting members emails to let them know there photos did not upload.

   Stats 9
   I enjoy looking at the stats now and then. I like that you can click on sections and see the photos sorted by what you pick.

   Contests 10
   I really enjoy the contest.

   Camera Reviews 7
   I read these now and then, mostly about lenses.

   TLF Blog 9
   I like the blog being on the main pages with the latests happenings and info.

   Message Board 10
   I think the message board should stay as the main way to jabber about things.

   Galleries 8
   Our own personal galleries - I’m not sure you need these split into different areas, such as newest images, recently viewed etc. if you’re keeping the links on the right hand side, for TLF in general? If you’re not keeping those, then I would change my view on galleries to 10

   Comments 10
   I think these are really important, especially for amateurs like myself. Constructive comments on images are invaluable to me and I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to make these!

   Albums 10
   I like to be able to categorise my photo’s into these specific albums

   Artist Page 6
   I don’t tend to use this much. If I want to make a comment on a photo, it doesn’t matter to me who took it. I make the comments because I have something to say about a particular image, not a particular artist. If I’m looking for a particular genre, then I’ll do a search for that. Other than that, I just ’surf’ the site.

   Stats 10
   I like to look through these quite often; it’s nice to keep tabs on the popularity (or not) of your work and to look at the scores (I quite miss seeing scores on other artists work. I’d like to see this feature stay.

   Contests 10
   I think the contest aspect is great fun and I love to see what everyone else posts for these; a bit of harmless competition never hurt anyone

   Camera reviews 6
   I don’t really look at these much at all. I did find it useful when I was looking to buy a new lens but I usually do a bit of online research before making any decisions. There are lots of places you can look at user reviews.

   TLF Blog 8
   I like the Blog, although I do think it’s quite similar to the Message Board, so maybe you don’t need both????

   I do look at this every time I’m on TLF! I look at this much more than the Blog and quite like the features it has on it. That is where I found the link to this article

   Hi, Brian,

   I like the site just as it is! When I was looking for a site to display some of my photos, I settled here mostly because it WASN’T like Flickr or some of the other photo sites, which I consider overdone and WAY too “busy”. This is currently the only place I have pictures displayed.

   My ratings of the items in your list:

   Galleries 10

   (If you mean individual galleries, how else would you do it? jumble everything together like a giant anonomous shoebox? As far as the TLF galleries, they all provide browsing options that bring images to the surface that would otherwise remain buried and unseen. I explore them extensively).

   Comments 10

   (Everyone likes an occasional pat on the back, but more honest criticism would be good.)

   Albums 8 (Another good sorting option.)

   Artist Pages 9 (Essential.)

   Stats 7 (Interesting, nice to have, but not essential)

   Contests 10 (One of the best features!)

   Camera Reviews 2 (Available anywhere with a Google search))

   TLF Blog 5

   (I seldom participate, but occasionally read. I’m not a big fan of blogs in general, but this one is better than most.)

   Message Board 8

   (I read it periodically, it’s a good feature, lets you get to know other members. If the site is to be considered a “community”, some means of communication among members is essential.)

   Hi Brian,

   I think most of these features are important to the site.
   It’s nice being able to upload a larger image, this gives the photo a lot more detail and tobe able also to add a couple of macros relating to parts of the image is simply wonderful.
   Thanks for all your hard work on TLF the overall site is very good.

   These are important I look at these most times I visit the site.

   Comments 10
   The site would be very uninteresting with out them and are a great encouragment to us amateurs.

   Albums 10
   I like these as they help to keep my images in some sort of order.

   Artist Page 7
   Take a look at this page only if I haven’t been on TLF for sometime.

   Sats 9
   I like to look at these sometimes.

   Contests 10
   This is a very good fun feature and I always look forward to taking part.

   Camera Reviews 2
   Can’t say very much about this section, I do most of my research on other sites.

   TLF Blog 9
   It’s a good info page and visit it from time to time.

   Message Board 9
   This page is very much the same as Blogs.

   I forgot to mention that if your going to keep the blog it would help if there was something to let us know when there are new comments and where.
