		<description>Most photo editing software will allow you to resize a photo.  I use Photoshop and you click on "Image" and then "Image Size".

Photoshop is expensive though.  There is a cheaper version called Photoshop Elements that will work out great for the non-professional.  In addition, there's a free program called GIMP that does a good job editing and resizing pictures.  It's not as refined as Photoshop, but it works on Linux, Mac, and Windows.  Photoshop only works on Mac and Windows.</description>
