The Lens Flare blog will be used to post announcements such as new contests and their winners, new site features, changes, etc. It will also be used as a place for help files, spotlight art, photography, and the artists who created it.  Also, it will contain commentary about news regarding the photography industry, photography and art tutorials, camera information, and other messages related to The Lens Flare as a whole.

Since it’s a lot easier to keep up to date (and thus post more frequently) with the blog as opposed to the article wiki, it will eventually replace the wiki’s new articles in the TLF navigation.
